DEMAND PLANNER

 

The Candidate will have responsibility on all forecasting activities associated with customers and products and will be responsible for the continuously improvement of sales forecasting processes and systems, ensuring that forecast accuracy is consistently improving.

 

Responsibilities are:

  • Analyze sales trends and identify the key drivers of sales of key products and product groups;
  • Short, medium and long term products sales forecast;
  • Monitor sales performance by analyzing variances to customer orders as compared to budget and targets;
  • Review past forecasting performance and identify major forecast variances;
  • Support master data management with regard to forecast ICT System;
  • Meet and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and After Sales Teams by sharing sales forecast;
  • Deal with inventory levels in alignment with market requirements.

 

The ideal candidate has an university degree in Economics or Engineering and has the following characteristics:

  • Previous experience in the role, preferably in Apparel or FMCG business;
  • Strong analytical capabilities;
  • Excellent command of Office Suite, particularly Excel, Planning Systems  and Managing and Reporting Database;
  • Fluency in English.

JR PRODUCT MANAGER - HELMETS

 

The ideal Candidate is talented, young and passionate about the motorcycling world. The Candidate will join the Product Management Team for the AGV brand and will support the Product Manager.

 

Responsibilities are:

  • Operational support to the Product Manager;
  • Support the definition of the product/input collection and long-term strategic vision;
  • Realize qualitative and quantitative analysis of product market, competitors, and end users;
  • Assume the role of facilitator and coordinator among cross-functional teams involved in product life cycle
  • Support the Technical Area in activities of products defects cancellation and product industrialization;
  • Development and maintenance products technical documentation and promotional material;
  • Support the organization of product promotional events, such as conventions, trainings and fairs;
  • Monitor product/collection profitability in comparison to the targets set and manage corrective actions;
  • Provide support and training to the sale force.

 

The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics or Engineering and has the following characteristics:

  • 1/3 years experience in the role, preferably in sportswear business;
  • Capacity to simultaneously handle several projects, managing priorities and deadlines;
  • Excellent command of Office Suite, in particular Power Point and Excel;
  • Fluency in English.

  • Degree in Materials Engineering or similar
  • 1/2 years experience in Mechanical Business
  • Knowledge of plastic materials

  • CAD 3D is a plus
  • Motorcycle driving license “A” is a plus

Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
Reports To: Retail Store Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Retail
Hrs per Week: Full or Part Time

 

Summary: To provide quality customer service and sales through efficient and timely customer assistance by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides quality customer service to include assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and providing product information.
  • Builds and maintains an understanding of the store’s products and price information to assist with customer purchases.
  • Adheres to all Company policies regarding sales, operations, branding, and marketing.
  • Receives payments from customers, operate cash register and credit card machine and returns appropriate change as needed.
  • Handles merchandise returns and/or exchanges in accordance with store policy.
  • Maintains adequate stock of paper forms for the cash register area, and notifies the Manager when additional supplies are needed.
  • Attends store meetings and training sessions as requested.
  • Maintains a neat and orderly store at all times to include re-stocking and organizing of products on the sales floor and back storage, as well as dusting and vacuuming all areas.
  • Prepares product displays as requested.
  • Balances cash drawer and total currency sales each day.
  • Assists with loss prevention, reports any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to management immediately.
  • Answers retail phones and emails, and assists customers with information and sales.
  • Unloads deliveries to include lifting and carrying boxes and stocking in appropriate areas when needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Store Manager, Retail Coordinators, or VP of Operations.
  • Occasional overtime may be required for special events, and can include working at off-site events.

Education/Experience:

Math Ability:

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software; spreadsheet software; accounting software and internet software.  Operational knowledge of Stores2 management application is necessary.
